General Description
The Subcontractor shall directly support the 05 Product Manager or Product Director and shall plan, coordinate, and synchronize team operations, including daily Battle Rhythm, meetings, and task management for the assigned organization(s)/team(s).
Performance
The Product Team Operations Officer is the central focal point for the Product Manager or Product Director daily operations. The Subcontractor shall conduct detailed planning, coordination, and synchronization of product team operations. The Subcontractor shall manage projects to assure priority actions are coordinated, staffed, and properly executed to meet established deadlines.
The Subcontractor shall evaluate and provide recommendations on effective methods of resolving issues. The Subcontractor shall manage calendars; coordinate and facilitate meetings; monitor tasks; prepare or update documentation and presentation material, record and distribute agendas, meeting notes and actions items; provide status of action items, reports, and other assigned tasks; and electronically store the material from these engagements.
The Subcontractor shall provide detailed planning related to various complex management projects, issues, and initiatives for their assigned team(s), project(s), and program(s). The Subcontractor shall coordinate projects and assure that priority actions are properly executed to assure timely, cohesive, and accurate execution of work. The Subcontractor shall provide program information, analysis, and recommendations to leadership for actions and decisions.
The Subcontractor shall manage document coordination and staffing of documents for concurrence and signature.
The Subcontractor shall upload draft and final versions of briefings, charts, written narrative documents, reports, schedules, pictures, videos, and other related products to the electronic database sites as directed by Government leads.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Logistics, Quality, Production, or other related field with extensive experience covering the specific tasks required by the position (see SoW). (1) Minimum of five years of experience in the last ten years coordinating and collaborating the management of complex DoD engineering or technical programs, and coordinating military acquisition programs (preferably ground combat vehicle systems experience). Acceptable experience is that which reflects a substantial role in all the required areas (planning, organizing, performing, supervising, tracking and reporting). Experience shall include: Interface and coordinate with higher level staffs; Provide program information, analysis, and recommendations to leadership for program action and decisions; Develop battle rhythm of activities; calendar management; coordinate and facilitate recurring staff meetings; Prepare, review, staff, transmit, and electronically store on government owned systems, agenda, briefings, papers, tasks, minutes, calendars, action items, and other program related documents; and Prepare required presentation materials for on-site and off-site events. (2) Background and knowledge of planning, organizing, performing, supervising, tracking, and reporting on complex programs. (3) Five (5) years' experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and Adobe Acrobat.
Must be US citizens. Personnel shall have (or be able to acquire) a DoD SECRET clearance to handle documents and information that may include classified (SECRET or below) content. Personnel may be required to travel or perform services at Temporary Duty Locations on a limited basis.
